Reserved Matters approval for NW09-10 at Wembley Park has been granted by London Borough of Brent. NW09-10 will provide residential homes, a health centre and retail facilities as part of Quintain’s mixed use project which is creating a new district and the largest single-site Build to Rent development in the UK.
GRID has worked with Quintain’s BtR management company Tipi to further develop the BtR experience. All residences, including Discount Market Rent apartments offering affordable housing dispersed amongst the private dwellings, will benefit from dedicated service facilities and amenity space together with operational performance. The ‘perimeter development’ form of the 3 buildings integrates a ground level podium with amenity space, and a landscaped courtyard linking the residential buildings. Repton House defines the north aspect to Elvin Gardens a new public garden square.
NW09-10, situated next to Boxpark Wembley on the development plot facing Olympic Way, is the second of GRID’s 3 commissions including Emerald Gardens (NW01) within Wembley Park.
